Marcus heads general management and strategy for Thryve. He brings with him over 20 years of consulting and industry experience, leading organizations through large-scale business transformation. His leadership has helped numerous companies realize financial and operational excellence by leveraging process and organizational improvement, supported by rigorous change approaches. Prior to joining Thryve, Marcus served as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Effectiveness for Highmark Health. In that role, Marcus led Highmark’s internal consulting and automation teams focused on optimizing operating models, automating business processes, helping the company work with more agility. Before Highmark, Marcus was a leader in the manufacturing practice for Deloitte Consulting, where he served some of Deloitte’s largest and most strategic clients, helping them solve their most challenging strategy and operations related problems. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Cornell University.
Sumit Kumar heads the Delivery organization at Thryve. Sumit is a senior IT executive with proven record of success in directing commercial software and IT operations, leading development and delivery of technology solutions, and facilitating business growth through strategic alignment of technology, process and capabilities. He has over 20 years of Healthcare IT experience and has managed several complex, large-scale transformational business initiatives for Healthcare customers across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining Thryve Digital, he was a leader in Accenture’s Health & Public Services and was accountable for setting up offshore delivery unit for some of the largest Healthcare accounts and Provider capability at India Delivery Centers.
Arvind Srinivasan is the Head of Finance and Business Management Office for Thryve Digital. He has held various senior positions across Finance and Commercial functions in India, Malaysia, Australia and USA. Prior to joining Thryve Digital, Arvind was the Chief Financial Officer at Standard Chartered Scope Malaysia spanning more than 5000 employees. As CFO for the country, he was responsible to deliver USD 200 million cost budget and managing cost governance and control. He comes with commendable expertise in Strategic Planning, Project Management & Delivery, Business Planning & Analysis for value creation, Financial Management & Control, Risk Management & Control, Contract management. He strongly believes in aligning to business purpose and constantly raises the bar of his function.
Shrinivas Ayyagari is the Head of Human Resources at Thryve. Shrini is a service industry veteran with over 30 years experience working with multi-nationals like Citibank, GE and HSBC. A certified Risk Management professional (ARM) and GPHR, he has extensive experience setting up and running Operations in the areas of Front-line Sales, Customer Care, Accounting and Supply Chain Management. As the Global Head of HR Shared Services for HSBC, he was instrumental in establishing and leading a team of around 800 FTE of HR professionals spread across Asia and Europe, servicing an employee base of over 250,000 across 50 countries. He also did a brief stint as an Associate Professor at ICFAI University, where he taught Human Resources and Business Analysis.
